Using the service
The Shop Owner's Friend helps you manage shop records. Keep your login secure, give staff only the access they need, and enter information you are authorised to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or interfere with other shops' accounts.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, stock, tax settings and sales entered. Check receipts and reports before relying on them for accounting or tax submissions. Recording a payment method does not itself transfer money or confirm payment with a payment provider.
Pricing
The service is free.
Availability and copies
Service interruptions can occur. Export sales reports regularly and keep independent copies of important business records. No specific uptime, backup schedule or recovery time is promised on this page.
